Attempting focus stacking

I thought I would try something new and try to gain a new skill. A friend of mine has been encouraging me to attempt focus stacking macro images. I had a few attempts yesterday but was not satisfied, but I quite like todays images. So thought I would share them.
I used CombineZM to stack them, very easy program to use.

can i ask - what do you mean by stacking? do you put several photos together and make one? how does it work?

im sorry, i dont know much about photo programs

Yep, you take several exposures all exactly the same apart from the point of focus, then you use a programme such as Combine z5 which puts them together for you.
